Demolition Permit - $100
Fence/Wall Permit - $75
Site Plan Review - $200
Residential Preliminary Plat - $150 + $35 per lot
Commercial Preliminary Plat - $150 + $77 per lot
Final Plat Application - $25 per lot
Plat Revision - $25
Once the application is filled out and paid, a copy of the request, along with payment should be emailed to planning@pembrokega.net.
